Property Stars Great Wall of Silence
Have used PopertyStars for annual aeration for a few years. Every year the young student looks like a scared deer in the headlights, but the work gets done ok. Until this year when the employee accidently ran into one of our cars parked on the road - an accident - fine it happens. Local manager showed up, took photos and instructed us to get 3 quotes for repairs and send them with photos to Canadian Property Stars. Even though our neighbours thought that making us get three quotes was not nice, I did all that in the week.
This is where the problem starts: it is a month since the accident, I have sent several emails, spoken to different call centre staff as well as the local manager. Always friendly, but ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE! There seems to be no way to escalate, to speak with any business manager, or get even any acknowledgement of the issue.
The worst customer service that I have seen in my whole life! Completely unacceptable - a complete wall of silence rather than any response from anyone on the issue. I'm very, very unsatisfiedI I can only conclude that it's not worth saving a couple of bucks with these guys - go with one of the reputable lawn care providers. Now they are promoting the installation of expensive solar panels... I can only imagine what a homeowner would be faced with if something goes wrong...
