I have been a client for many years but this year is terrible. The company was around last week in the heavy rain. I told the gentleman that he should come back Friday or Saturday primarily because we were babysitting and our grandson was having his nap. Since that time, I have reached out locally and nationally by phone and email and still no response. I told them if not done by the end Friday, I want a refund.
