Hiring a contractor can be a gamble. We'll we won when picking JMT Roofing to replace our 14 year old roof.

We searched Home Stars and picked 3 companies with good ratings. Of these 3 John from JMT was the only one who showed up in person to talk to us. We told him that we seem to have a leak somewhere and did not need a high-end product for this 64 year old house. He listened and did not try to up sell. We had an idea already of the approximate cost and his estimate was within what we were expecting.

He explained how the job would progress from the time the crew would arrive, shingles being delivered, bin placement and clean up. He also checked in everyday.

The crew consisted of Kale and Bon both of whom John spoke very highly of. They definitely know their trade and had half the roof done and the yard cleaned up in 7 hours. Day 2 the other half, which was where the leak seemed to be, was done in record time. Day 3 was clean up. Just as John had said.

The roof looks amazing and the little added touch of painting a not so white anymore stack is the cherry on top. The rest of the house now needs work to match this work of art.
