I have a four year old home which was due for carpet cleaning as well as a renewed look for my grout and tiles on the main floor. Alec, when he first came to visit my home for a quote, was very professional, courteous and honest about his team’s capabilities. He was very organized and committed to meeting deadlines and gave me a reminder call the day before he came to perform the services at my home. I found his team to have a strong focus on attention to detail. They went above and beyond my expectations and truly made for a remarkable client experience. Alec’s knowledge of grout, tiles, carpet and the cleaning techniques was very evident in my discussions with him. I would highly recommend the Color Clad treatment in addition to the grout cleaning if you are looking for extreme aesthetic appeal. This is something that Alec suggested as an option for me if I had the budget. He did a free color clad sample for me in an area of my home and I was so impressed that I decided to get this done for all my grout. Alec is also a very fiscally responsible person and tries to do the best for you within your budget. I am extremely pleased with Alec’s work and would highly recommend him as one of the best Grout & Tile Restoration companies in the GTA.
