Great experience overall! From the get-go communication was frequent and timely. Even during this busy time, we were able to get an appt for the day asked. Devon did a FANTASTIC job!! We've hired other rug/carpet cleaners in the past and some of our stubborn stains still remained. Overall, you can tell the difference with the advanced equipment they use and the effort involved. I was so pleased so see my light coloured carpetting come back to life!! Highly recommend to anyone needing a carpet/rug cleaning service!!
