Excellent customer service does still exist! After scheduling an appointment with The Mold Guy, there was a mix-up with the appointment date. They sincerely apologized for scheduling the wrong date, and promptly re-scheduled an appointment for the next day. The service was professional and efficient. When it came time to pay, they refused payment, saying it was their mistake. Who does this?!! I fully expected to pay and was blown away by this gesture. Positive Customer Service experiences are so rare these days and The Mold Guy restored my faith that there are still good guys out there. I will recommend them highly and have already shared this story with multiple friends and will pay it forward. Well done Mold Guy!
