We bought an older house which was sold "as is" due to the seller being estate. We wanted to do some extra due diligence before removing conditions, so we had mold air-quality testing done in all the 3 floors of the house.
The whole experience was super positive. Both Kay from the office and the inspector were really friendly and efficient. The inspector also helped us giving instructions how we can remove some harmless mold from the walls by ourselves. The results came fast and were really clear. We can warmly recommend the company.
