I had a small move that needed to be done the next day. Nick and his staff (Garry and Joban) were able to accommodate. They came on time and were safe, polite and efficient in their work. It was a pleasure to deal with them and I will use them again

I hired this company on a short notice move to move a one bedroom apartment from a basement into a storage unit. Everything was already packed and ready to go. They showed up 4hrs hours late. The three movers looked at the items, started talking in their language (East Indian) and then the main driver went outside on his phone. The contract indicated a deposit in addition to the quoted cost which was not mentioned in the conversion with "Nick" when booking. When speaking with the main driver as to the reason for the deposit and why it was not mentioned I also pointed out that the contract stated a start time that was prior to them even arriving at my property. Instead of rectifying the situation the driver said to me " you are wasting my time". At that point I was already annoyed and told him that he is wasting my time and I no longer want his service.
When I phoned "Nick" to inform him of the situation he expressed no concern and turned the situation around as if I was in the wrong.
This company just seems to be in the business of taking people's money and not wanting to do the work. Completely lacking in customer service.
Save yourself the hassle and DO NOT hire them

A very professional movers . I highly recommend this company for the moving . There guys are really professionals amd take care of the things properly by doing wrapping with shrink wraps and blankets. And there are no hidden charges of this company like other moving company.

Movers came 30 minutes late and did not follow instructions - they also had difficulty manoeuvring their truck in Toronto. They were also very slow to move adding on more time unnecessarily Then they damage the wall while moving furniture and left without saying goodbye or providing a receipt, knowing that I wanted to use the extra time to rearrange furniture given that I had already paid for that time - this is very unprofessional!!

Every single member of the crew was careful, quick, kind, efficient and professional. It was interesting, watching how these guys swiftly wrap and whisk our stuff into the truck, then out. Not a single item was damaged. They were early and ended up charging considerably less than the estimate. Excellent experience all around!!!

the work done by the workers was superb without any damage to the things of my house. This is really a good moving company, i recommend all the people who want to choose any moving company, trust me its best option amongst all.

I hired asr movers to move from brampton to hamilton,they provide a very good service.the guys are very nice and cooperative.lot of my stuff is expensive so i was worried about the stuff but they wrapped each and everything and did a great job.i really recomend to hire asr movers for your move.
