Asr Moving Services

This company doesn't have a great reputation on here, and I'm really not sure why. They did a great job of moving and I from our previous house into our new home. They did ask for our credit card number up front when we booked, but that isn't an issue for me. The crew who showed up to move us took care of our belongings, packed and unpacked the truck properly and in a timely fashion, and never had a complaint about moving things out of our third floor walk up. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends. Thanks!

ASR movers are Amazing they moved my stuff from Apartment to house last week. They provided excellent service. They wrapped ever wooden item. According to me they are very good and professional movers where as some people writing negative reviews about them. I think that are not true.

The staff was incredible, right from onset and speaking to the girls in office to email confirmation of service arrangements and the 2 movers who were incredible. The fellows that came were very efficient and courteous and I would certainly use your services again because of the overall great experience . Please be sure to pass along to your staff just how pleased we were and thanks again to the two fellows that helped out - they should be commended (if bonuses are given for effort I would say they were A+++ and should be recognized for this as well as the girls in office). Hats off to your organization for hiring the best staff!!

It's hard to believe the negative reviews written about ASR Movers as I had a wonderful experience with their services. They were friendly, reliable and honest with their services. Moving in general is a task that is quite tedious but they really made my move stress-free. In the future if need be, I would love to recommend them to my family and friends.

It looks like someone is writing fake negative reviews to hurt their business. I am an authentic user of their services. Their rep came over and gave me a written quote. That is exactly how much i paid. These guys are very honest, hardworking and sincere folks. Moving day - they were right on time, did the loading & unloading very smoothly, even though it was raining very heavily that day. They moved and assemble anything that we requested and friendly. I offered to pay for their lunch (as a complement), but they insisted that they would pay for themselves. I was really impressed, so I am recommending them to my parents who will be using their services in few months. I would high recommend to my family and friends!

I moved back on April 30th and my experience with this company was absolutely amazing. They arrived 20mins early packed the truck drove from Brampton to Toronto and unpacked all in less than 5 hours. This was my first move in Canada, thought it would be a very good experience, however i write in step by step for the benefits of other friends in Canada.

1. time agreed at 10 am but they arrived after lot of follow-up at 1 pm.

2. Did not bring tools and packing stuff

3. They asked me give half the money in advance, even before touch any of my stuff, since I have no choice I agreed.

4. after loading my stuff they asked me give the balance, however I agreed to pay remaining 50%, practically paid 75%.

5. When they reach my other place they asked me to give another 25% other wise they will leave my stuff and go back, since the time was running out i paid them.

6. After the first deliver of my stuff they demanded me to pay another big amount as they have to walk more (false excuse), and they start doing scratches my walls and furniture.

7. I called the head office of ASR it was look like it was pre-planned and every one trying to get as much money as they want from the people like us. I paid 50% more money to them.

I request local authority to monitor these type of fake movers, and I will never advise to you use ASR mover to any one.

I recently utilized their services for my move from Scarborough to North York and it was quite pleasent. Movers came on time and handled my belongings with care. Only concern was the price but they were reasonable when I asked to pay in cash.

All the negative reviews for ASR Movers are 110% accurate and all the good ones must have been written by the employees themselves. Much like the others have already said, this company will sell you on one price, EVEN SEND YOU AN INVOICE, and then double it up when they have all your stuff in their truck and refuse to offload until you pay. They even take your signed invoice and THEN add charges - how are you going to prove you did not sign? This is an absolutely DISGUSTING company and I would never recommend them to anyone. They are dishonest and shady and will rip you off. Stay far, far away.
