I had a moving experience with them from Hamilton Ontario to Montreal Quebec. They offer reasonable price. There were some issues during the moving, but they tried to resolve them.
Worst moving experince
The WORST customer service ever, they made me wait for 3 hours to pick up, they broke my TV stand, and when they finished the moving they did not even provide any invoice for me to claim for my expenses. The interesting point was that their movers, who are all from India, forced me to tip them. I should also talk about the manager, Nick, he is very rude and he does not respond to phone calls or emails properly.
I am pretty sure all other reviews, which shows 5 star, are made by their own people.
I would NEVER ever recommend ASR for moving to anyone.
