Michael came as a referral from our realtor and we're glad we went with him. On the day of the inspection Michael showed up 20 minutes early. He was very professional, organized and knowledgable. He made my wife and I feel comfortable throughout the process and took the time to answer questions as well as explaining things in a way we could understand. The inspection was so through that Michael noticed that something was off with the in floor radiant heat. If it wasn't for him we would've never known.

We received our report the same day and he even came back out to reinspect the in floor heat once it was fixed.

Michael completed a pre-purchase home inspection for us. We appreciated the quality of his work overall. However, we found that there were certain relatively apparent things that he did not mention in his report (i.e., certain lights not working, insulation missing around the electric fireplace). Still, he was generally thorough, professional, and helpful in answering our questions and making repair recommendations.
