Michael provides a fantastic service from start to finish. He was available at short notice and happy to inspect the property without my presence. He then walked me through the property in minute detail, not only pointing out recommendations of repairs, but also explaining what signs are telling him are an issue and what would happen in the long term, without addressing them.
Michael is so friendly and knowledgable, he was open to answer other questions I had and reassured me of any concerns I had. His final report arrived within hours, which gave us the opportunity and time to take it into consideration before making an appropriate offer.
