Zegarra Residential Inspections

We hired Michael to do an inspection on a house that we wanted to purchase. Michael was thorough and pointed out in person via our walk through as well as on his report the deficiencies and the time frame of when they should be addressed by. Based on his findings we were able to go back to the seller and were able to further negotiate the purchase price to help offset the major items that needs be addressed immediately.
