Michael did an extremely thorough and excellent job inspecting our new home for purchase. He walked us through the house at the end to highlight the issues. He identified several issues and presented us with a thorough report outlining severity of issues as well as the timeline of suggested improvement to allow us to prioritize. This was well worth the cost and I would highly recommend Michael in the future to anyone.
