I hired Michael as part of a home inspection for a townhouse purchase in POCO. Professional and very thorough service. Not only did Michael check the big items (furnace, hot water heaters, appliances, etc) but it was the attention to the small things that particularly impressed me (e.g., moss on the backyard indicating poor drainage, or the slightly higher water pressure in the garden hose).
