Mike conducted two home inspections for me. Both inspections were very thorough and reports were ready for me the same day. Mike discovered and identified deficiencies in the first home I was keen on buying big enough to change my mind about making that purchase. Second home Mike inspected for me - I am moving into this month! I got a credit from the seller for the bathroom issue. The deficiency credit more than paid off the cost of the home inspection. And with his help I am aware of all the weak links in my new home. I can plan for future upgrades and know exactly what I've got to do right away.
