Michael did a condo inspection for me in New West. First time home buyers, and we had a short window prior to subjects coming off, but he was able to fit us in and provide us with a thorough inspection. From the initial phone call, Michael explained the process to me clearly so I felt confident going into the inspection. He left no stone unturned and ensured I understood everything in his report. We didn't go through with this purchase, so will definitely be contacting Zegarra again in the near future. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a home inspection.
