He gave me plenty of opportunity to ask questions before, during and after the inspection. He did a thorough walk-through with me at the end of his 3-hour inspection, highlighting the important findings with sufficient detail. His report was very complete and clear, with photographs supporting the findings. It also contained practical recommendations with concise actions and timeframes.
