Michael was a pleasure to work with. He was able to accommodate us on short notice and offered a number of different times that he was available. He arrived on time - even before we did! - and began the inspection immediately. We were present for the entire inspection and it seemed that Michael was very thorough and took his time looking at everything. He definitely noticed things that we would never have even thought to look at on our own! We're going into the final stages of purchasing our first home knowing that we are making an informed decision about the property and the unit. We would definitely recommend Michael to others!
