When you're spending the exorbitant amounts for housing in Vancouver, it's worth spending $500 on an inspection. Michael was great. He actually reviewed ours when we had sold it for the new buyer. He was so thorough we used him when we purchased our. Very knowledgeable, pointed out smallest details and offered solutions. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
