Had a lovely experience with Dagi and her team at Budget Blinds! Dagi was fabulous when she came to my condo and talked about the different options for window treatments. She and the installer were friendly, prompt and great at answering all my questions. I really appreciated their great service!
I will definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for window treatments.

Thank you for the wonderful review. I am glad we had the opportunity to replace your blinds that were damaged by your pet, at no charge. For our Signature Series line, we offer an exclusive No Questions Asked Warranty for free replacement - even it's your pets' or kids' fault they're damaged. At the same, time, we also carry other brands that have a manufacturer's warranty on parts/defects (but do not have the No Questions Asked Warranty on their product). When you switched over to the other brand, I think there was some confusion about the warranty - but at the end of the day, our goal is to ensure that you are happy with your overall experience with Budget Blinds. I'm glad we could figure out a solution that left you as a happy customer of ours!

**August 22 Update**
For a company that touts its warranty as being "the craziest in the industry!", it sure is a disappointment. When we were originally choosing our blinds, we were told if our blinds were damaged, they would be replaced, no questions asked. Unfortunately the blinds were damaged, and after sending some pictures to the company, I was told that this damage was not going to be covered due to the type of blinds I chose, and I would have to pay an additional $600 to $800 for the materials, plus the labour costs. If you decide to use Budget Blinds, be sure to ask a lot of questions about exactly what is covered under their warranty.
