Raywal Cabinets

It was with some degree of trepidation that my husband and I decided to take on the task of a total kitchen renovation. We’d heard nightmarish stories from friends having undertaken similar projects but decided to take the plunge regardless.
A family member recommended Raywal Cabinets and so the process was begun.
From our first meeting with design consultant, Kellee O’Brien, we knew instinctively that we were in very capable hands. Kellee’s guidance, attention to detail and product knowledge resulted in a kitchen that far exceeded our expectations. In fact, all of the Raywal team members we came in contact with, namely Cory, Peter and of course Kellee, are to be applauded for their professionalism and customer service.
Clearly, Raywal sets a high standard for its competition to aspire to.

We are very happy to have chosen Raywal in Ottawa. We were not very experienced and only had vague ideas of what we wanted. Vanessa helped us make the right choices for combination of colors, style and design that met our needs. Our new kitchen looks like something out of a magazine and we continue receiving endless comments of how beautiful it looks. The cabinets were delivered on time as promised and the installers did a fantastic job with the finishing touches. The wood is top quality at a very good price, well below other quotes. Even though follow up work took a bit of time, these were only minor setbacks and did not derail from our enjoyment of the new kitchen.

You get what you pay for and then some!
I got 6 kitchen cabinet quotes and chose to go with Raywal cabinetry in Ajax. They beat the price of big box home stores as well as smaller local companies and their time line for delivery was 5 weeks compared to some that were 9.
I am so happy with the results. We chose the mission style door, in maple, with "lunar" stain. Drawers are full extension and got soft close doors and drawers. Price was excellent and so is the quality.
Corey Bennett was the sales rep and we went back and forth with me for a few months and produced multiple designs and accommodated all of the changed I asked for on paper. Even after our order, he made a last minute change for us.Corey said our cabinets would be ready for install in 5 weeks, and it was on time!!! They help them for an extra week for us because we were not ready.
Install took ONE day and was done extremely well. Peter Weisshaupt did an excellent job. I was very impressed by his workmanship and his speed and ability to install all on his own. We did not have a microwave kit, so I was told that they will come back (I have yet to request them to do so).

I would not hesitate to recommend Corey Bennett at Raywal in Ajax. I wish my mom had used them for her renovation!

Although there were some bumps in the road getting our upgrades in place in our new kitchen, Corey was intrumental in getting our kitchen to look better than I could have expected. He was efficient, very personable and takes his work to heart - made sure we were happy and work completed. I would have given a 10 out of 10 except that the service department itself was lacking - no call back from them regarding delays/issues and missed appointments. Therefore the score is based upon a beautiful kitchen, a great sales department - despite an ineffective service department.

Raywal provided the kitchen cabinets as part of of a renovation that I had done by another contractor. I was extremely impressed with the service provided by Vanessa Goodkey who made some suggestions to greatly improve the design of the kitchen. These changes enabled me to have a drawer for pots and pans which was something that was on my wish list. Vanessa was very pleasant and quick to respond to questions etc and provided excellent advice. I was also very happy with the installer (Reid) who I have had back to do some other work for me. He was meticulous in his work, polite, prompt and left the place cleaner than he found it. I was also very satisfied with the quality of the cabinets.

I was extremely happy working with Jennie from Raywal. From the beginning her expertise and service was outstanding. We were very happy the quality of the kitchen and service is far better than any big box stores. I really liked supporting this local business.
