I love Kiddie Proofers Durham. Sandy is amazing. They know their stuff when it comes to safety. We have purchased fire alarms, car seats, multiple baby gates and other small miscellaneous items. They are not the cheapest, but they have the best quality items when it comes to child safety. They also offer installation services. If you take pictures of the areas that you need assistance with, they will take the time to figure out even the trickiest areas in your house that need gates or safety accessories. We purchased gates for our old house and returned for baby gates as soon as we moved into our new home. We tried a baby gate from the local big box store and it broke within 3 months. I would recommend Sandy and her crew at Kiddies Proofers Durham any day. She knows my name and my children's names and we are welcomed every time we enter the store. Knowledgable, kind people with quality products. We will be purchasing the baby barrier gates when we get a new pool this summer. Thank you!

You get what you pay for and then some! I got 6 kitchen cabinet quotes and chose to go with Raywal cabinetry in Ajax. They beat the price of big box home stores as well as smaller local companies and their time line for delivery was 5 weeks compared to some that were 9. I am so happy with the results. We chose the mission style door, in maple, with "lunar" stain. Drawers are full extension and got soft close doors and drawers. Price was excellent and so is the quality. Corey Bennett was the sales rep and we went back and forth with me for a few months and produced multiple designs and accommodated all of the changed I asked for on paper. Even after our order, he made a last minute change for us.Corey said our cabinets would be ready for install in 5 weeks, and it was on time!!! They help them for an extra week for us because we were not ready. Install took ONE day and was done extremely well. Peter Weisshaupt did an excellent job. I was very impressed by his workmanship and his speed and ability to install all on his own. We did not have a microwave kit, so I was told that they will come back (I have yet to request them to do so). I would not hesitate to recommend Corey Bennett at Raywal in Ajax. I wish my mom had used them for her renovation!

This is a family run company The people are extremely nice but I would not recommend them unless you are not on a timeline! We ordered cabinets from them. They were delayed for weeks. We wanted the exact same kitchen dimensions and one of the uppers was 3 inches smaller and now the dishes do not fit in that cabinet (they should have told us that they were making that cabinet smaller, although I did ok the dimension on the floor plan). Cabinet install took 5 days when it should have been done in 1. I chose the door handles from their available selection, then a week later was told I had to choose another because they were now unavailable (I do like the new ones though!) Often said they would be there first thing and that was between 10am -12pm. I have little kids and this threw my schedule off. They are moving office locations and lost my payment paperwork. In the end, the kitchen looks really good, but I would not recommend them to anyone who needs their kitchen done in a timely fashion. They are lovely people but the work was unfortunately not completed in a timely matter. I wish them all the best in the future, but will not be using for any other renos.

Very pleased with the attention to detail. I had 4 companies come to the house to quote me after a kitchen reno. BzyBz and 1 other company were competitively priced. I chose BzyBz because the actual person who was going to have the key to my house and clean it came to my home with the owner. I felt very comfortable with them and felt that my home was in good hands. They worked very hard with all of the dust that had floated around. First clean was more than any subsequent cleans. We are keeping them once a month for a deep clean. They even change the beds if you leave clean sheets out for them and put the dirty ones in your laundry room! Friendly, hard working employees!
