Bought the system for $2500 upon agreement with agent and gave a paper with 60/180 option. When asked what is this, he said that it is payment option. After 1 week he came and took sign with lien contract which they calculate interest for 180 months with 8.99% interest and I have to pay 2500 + 1100 interest in 60 months. After calculation, the interest rate was approximately 30%. Apart from that, there is lien on house for the amount. Agent told that replacement filter was $30 but actual cost is $130. When asked to take out before 10days, they charge dismantling fee.
