Extremely satisfied with Gleem's service! Mike and his team were very thorough, professional, and punctual. Also, really appreciated that there were no surprises; the fee quoted was the exact amount charged upon completion! Would definitely use Gleem again and highly recommend their services.

Hired Mike and his company to do the cleaning once I took over the condo. I must say he turned the place around. The kitchen looked like it was brand New. The best part of his service is he shows you how deep they get in the grooves and areas that required the most service. Also they bring all their cleaning supplies as well as additional things like ladder and extended brooms dusters. Very professional.

I hired Gleem home cleaning to clean after I was done renovating my house.
The owner Mike told me that a thorough clean up will be performed.
None of the windows were cleaned properly. All the windows had a splatter residue on them. There were dust spots all over the house.
The shower trays were not even touched. All the dirt and debry was still on them.
The bathtub was as dusty as it has ever been.
I called Mike to try and get him to come back and finish up but he refused and hung up on me.

house cleaning

I was very dissatisfied with their work. Wish I could have been there, because they need constant supervision to do what they are supposed to do. Lots of lame excuses and blaming others. Very unprofessional dealing with complaints. Could not in all conscience recommend them. I was 'taken'. Lesson learned - I had already given my Visa no. before I saw the work..never again. It didn't look any better than before they came. Almost $500. of my hard earned money thrown to the wind. Never even sent me a receipt as promised.

We cannot thank Gleem enough for getting our home back to a livable state. The house was extremely dusty and dirty in every room, just a huge mess. The team was VERY professional and so very helpful to us by pointing out many areas where special attention was needed and also making us aware of many little tips along the way. This is a top of the line service with lovely people and so worth every penny. They worked very hard and got our house spotless, just amazing !!! Thank You Gleem !!!

We moved into a rental home in the Richmond Hill area and it wasn't cleaned to our standards. We called Gleem and they were up front about their costs over the phone. Three people came and they did a walk through of the house and quoted the exact price before they started. They spent about 8 hours cleaning. The service was worth every penny and more! They were punctual and professional!

The former owners left our house in a very bad state before we moved in. We are both very busy and simply did not expect to be left with a large cleaning task prior to moving in (it was so bad that we actually couldn't move in on our moving date!). Anna was very helpful in assessing our situation over the phone and gave a bang-on estimation. She also did an exceptional job of following up and confirming our appointment the night before as promised! The team was punctual in arriving on time and completing the job on schedule. Mike did an excellent job of going through the house and evaluating the situation on-site. He discussed exactly what him and his team would be doing. Mike and his team did an exceptional job cleaning the house! They covered every single corner, nook and cranny! The deep clean they performed on our house is something I wouldn't expect from most cleaning places, which is exactly why I called Gleem Cleaning! Mike and his team were also very professional and made our experience exceptionally pleasant! I would strongly recommend Gleem to anyone and I will certainly be calling them again. I live out of the province and called Anna and Mike to set up an extreme clean of a family member who had been hospitalized. Mike and Anna were compassionate, helpful, and spent lots of time with me offering advice and wisdom on what to expect from what we needed done. Not having seen the unit we needed cleaned, the job we asked them to do was much larger than what we discussed - Mike was professional and honest on what they were able to do and brought in another company to help complete the job. Their service was above and beyond what I had experienced in the past. I am now working with them for units of other family members. Highly recommend this family run business.
