We had Mike and his team help us with our move-in cleaning. Despite some issues with parking (downtown Toronto) and time spent getting into the unit, the team kept a good attitude throughout. We were very happy with the cleaning service provided. The only issue we had is that once they left we realized that the inside of the oven had been missed - I didn't catch it during the walkthrough.

Glad you are happy with our service. The building has no visitor parking, I had to park two blocks away and this is something we see that more and more with the newer condos. We dealt with it and ensured all of our supplies were moved into the unit, no worries.
The stove is a self cleaning oven. Maybe I didn't mention it to you during the morning walk-through. Just run it for three hours on clean cycle and wipe with a damp cloth after it has cooled down. You can't use cleaners or abrasives inside self cleaning ovens because it will ruin the inside non-stick coating. Think of it as a non-stick pan, you cannot use a scrub pad or even chemical cleaners. Just a reminder, please do not use a stainless steel cleaner on the face of your fridge, it is the new type of smudge free stainless that should be cleaned with just water and a microfiber wipe. Other than that one issue with the stove I'm glad you are happy with our service. That was on me to mention but I did not.
