Excellent service, courteous, efficient. Calvin was here the very next day and had an estimate within an hour. Jake inspected and rewired our electrical cable to prevent ice buildup. Both Calvin and Jake were reassuring and helpful. As seniors we felt assured that should a problem arise they would be here to assist us ASAP. crew did excellent job before starting made sure I had no concerns cleaned up you could not tell they were there I recommend them to do your roof I will be having my other house done in the spring with them

Completed for quoted price in one day, cleaned up well. Very satisfied with the work. Only issue was a minor mix-up with the date, a clerical typo had the roofers come on a different day than anticipated. But overall I would recommend this company.

They offered me a quick quote and was able to start right away. They completed the work to my satisfaction and then came out and inspected the work after and took care of all my questions. The project was started one day late. I have no issue for the project. But I am not happy when I found out my neighbor pay less than me. My house is a duplex, my neighbor's roof has same size as mine and both of ours roof were replace by raid's roof at same time.

I changed the rating to 10 after company reached out to me to offer same price as my neighbor's.

Calvin came and did the estimate and I felt quite comfortable in choosing this company even though they were not the cheapest of the 3 quotes that I got!!

We booked the roof, and it was delayed a few days due to the weather, but the job was completed in 1 day. They did a nice job of cleaning up after themselves, and one of the job Forman's just came by to do a final inspection. The roof looks great. Thanks and I would highly recommend them for your work.

I'm quite pleased with the roof re-shingle work done by Reid's Roofing. My 25 year old shingles were at about the end of their life and I was dreading the cost of replacing them. I had about a half dozen estimates ranging from super cheap to what seemed way too pricey and Reid's came in on the upper side of middle with a range of options to suit our house and at a very reasonable price. What sold me was the extras Reid's included that other companies wanted to charge extra for. Their estimator Jake was very courteous and promptly answered any questions I had and dropped by a week later to ensure I was happy with the work done. Well, I am!

It's a shame that (hopefully) this was a once-in-several decades project on the house as I'd happily invite Reid's to do it again.

We were very pleased with Reid's Roofing from the informative presentation, quote, work done including completion time and clean up. We had three local roofing companies inspect and quote our roof replacement. Even though Reid's pricing was in the middle, we chose them due to the extras they provided: prompt appointments, professional inspection & recommendation - including a roof video; 3 days start to finish, good clean up, and post inspection. We even received a small thank you bag for coming into the office to pay promptly (they do accept credit cards - bonus miles!). Overall very reassuring roofing business. You will not be disappointed with Reid's Roofing.
