We hired Egbert in order to inspect our first home. We liked all the work done during the inspection. He tested everything expected for a inspection and provide fair and acurate feedback. The report was ready in the same day. He has all the necessary and probably required tools to run the tests. I highly recomment if you're a first time home buyer to stay during the 3 hours inspection aprox. You could came up with question and will learn lots of things for your future house. We highly recommend him in case you're searching for a inspector to your first home.
