Egbert is the best house inspector I've ever had. He has incredible attention to detail during the inspection and his report is so detailed, helpful and easy to understand. I would recommend Egbert to anyone.
His report helped greatly in follow up negotiations and more importantly, I feel a lot more comfortable about the house I'm buying.
Come with a joke though, he likes to hear and exchange jokes during the inspection.
