He was a great knowledgeibl person, he did detail work one by o e and explained all the concerns and all the issue needed to be looked at. He spent about four hours starting from outside then inside upstairs, downstairs then the basement. He finally put the report together the same day very detailed with supporting pictures and references with governornment codes etc...
I would definitely recommend any one who needs a house inspection to go through him.

I am grateful for the review. It is generous and kind. It important to me people understand that code is the most dangerous you are legally allowed to build a home. Code is not a goal but a bare minimum starting point.
