Originally called about a different section of the roof, but after inspection Kebreab suggested that portion of the roof was in great shape and not needed to be replaced. The adjacent flat roof however had several very soft spots which we looked at together. The roof was in tact but the roof boards were rotten in several locations and therefore needed to be replaced. The guys actually showed up a day before and the work was done on time and as promised. After having issues with a few different contractors not completing jobs and taking months longer than quoted, it was great to see service like this. I've already referred them to a friend for roof work.
