Dimitri was very responsive to my initial phone call and was out to the house in a matter of days for a quote. He began the install the following week. He was very friendly and personable throughout the process, answered all my questions and concerns. Even with some hiccups with tile itself, he remained very positive and accommodating. I very much highly recommend TileStars, and I will be calling back for my kitchen backsplash.
