As President of the Strata Corporation, a committee was formed to undertake a complete lobby renovation in our hi-rise tower.
Many contractors quotes were way over our strict budget and that was just for flooring, so it was a pleasure and relief when we found Beyond Contracting.
We were immediately comfortable with Lucas Paprocki and Valdek Paprocki. Their pricing was terrific and they worked with us on making the budget succeed.

Each day of the 3 month project, the crew left our large lobby in immaculate condition considering it was under complete renovation. Our residents were respected, and communication was terrific. It was pleasure to be updated on how the project was going and they were always available to answer any questions.
Workmanship was outstanding, project was completed on time, and I can’t say enough about the superb customer service. Lucas went out of his way several times after hours on his personal time to assist with requests I had. When I apologized for taking his time, he graciously said “that’s what we do” – take care of the client.

I have since referred Beyond Contracting to an owner in our building who underwent a complete renovation, as well to another hi-rise complex in the neighbourhood, of which the committee profusely thanked me for the referral, as they were so pleased with Lucas and Valdek.
