Ilan and his team went above and beyond! We knew what we were looking for and without hesitation, they delivered. There was no fluffy sales pitch or hidden costs - just straight up honesty. Even during this pandemic they kept our needs satisfied and always informed of delivery time. Perfect installation. Perfect service. I would recommend in a heartbeat.

Stay away from them if you are a single woman trying to get doors replaced. I had our front door replaced, and they had to come 3 times and the front door is still not installed properly. Within 3 months of the installation there was ice build up on the inside and the weather stripping on the bottom of the door has started to come off (they wanted to charge me to replace it ). After I complained, they came back 2 more times to inspect it, and the installers that were sent to check the installation, spoke in a foreign language to each other, and when I asked they would not translate and I would hear back from ECO choice. After 2 weeks, I called Eco Choice as I had not heard back from them, and ECO choice then told me their findings were that the door was installed properly, had they would not fix the problem. Apparently covering a hole with paper towel is appropriate and proper installation.

We have used Eco Choice before and we’re very happy. So when it came time to get new windows on our garage I called Eco Choice back to give us a quote. They were quick to respond and the price if was good along with the quality of work. Eco Choice always communicated when they were going to come out and measure and start work. They kept the site tidy, were very Covid safe, and our garage windows look fantastic! I give them 10 out of 10. Plus the windows they installed in our house over 2 years ago are still doing great!

The quality of the manufacturing of the windows and doors were good. The installation was not up to expectations. The installer came back to repair the deficiencies. A new front door is on order and waiting for installation

The Team at Eco Choice Windows and Doors was fantastic from quote to installation! There were COVID related delays but aside from that the work was done very speedily (they did 16 windows in one day on the hottest day of the year!). They were professional, kind, and clean! Would highly recommend.

So far our experience has been top notch: everyone we spoke with from Alan to Mark , our sales rep, to their customers service teps have been super accomodating and resourceful. Today is the day Iuriy and his crew are installing the windows. We
are both very excited and a bit anxious. We will provide an update after the work is completed. We really hope their workmanship is at par with the great experience we have been provided with so far.

Estimator was informative and good to deal with. Window installer measured perfectly and did a great install. Windows are good quality and came on time as promised. Glad to recommend to friends.

I was pleased with the professionalism and personability of the crew who installed my 6 windows and 2 doors. They were very thorough and detailed with the installation. The clean-up was good.

Very good experience. Basically in the hands of installers once sale goes through and Tato and his colleague were super pleasant despite some surprises upon removal of old windows. They worked late on a Friday and left job very clean and everything on point. These two should be retained as part of the Ecochoice team at all costs. So far windows are fantastic and price point was outstanding.

Our home was built in 2001 and after a few broken window seals and years of condensation indoors, it was time to replace them. I got quotes from 5 different organizations and chose Eco Choice Windows & Doors as they seemed to have the best value. Not the cheapest, not the most expensive - just right. We had all our windows replaced with triple pane windows, a new double pane patio sliding door and a metal front door. The quality of their products is great with solid mechanics and zero condensation on the coldest of days. We had everything installed in 3 phases and where Eco Choice fell a little short was with estimating their install times. The install of the door was completed on time. The install of the first batch of windows felt rushed and finished at 11pm. The second batch of windows was not completed in 1 day as planned and required a second 10 hour (!) day from the crew, on a holiday no less. The install teams were friendly, courteous and very hard working - a very tight knit team that enjoy working together. The fact that they returned on a national holiday to complete the job shows their dedication and determination to get things done right.

Even with the install overruns, I would not have changed a thing. Our windows/doors are beautiful, high quality and high performance. The Eco Choice Team was responsive, courteous and ultimately delivered.
