My parents had the same system installed and they are very happy with it! Great service! Awesome customer service, you rarely find that these days! Cory was the technician who installed our system.

Quality of service call was excellent. Ron came when he was scheduled to arrive. He worked very efficiently, and was extremely friendly. I asked a lot of questions that ranged from type of piping used, how bypasses worked, operation of the softener, types of salt. Ron was very patient and answered all my questions. The quality of the work was outstanding (the extension cord that powered the softener was tucked in nicely along the ceiling joists, and the bypass to the fridge was much neater and used a larger clamp than the previous setup). Ron left the place in a neat and tidy manner.

Ron was timely, he resolved our problem quickly and efficiently and his manner was exemplary. I can think of nothing that would have improved the service. I am very happy with Watermart.

After much online research, we found Watermart and attended their store for further investigation. We received a great deal of information and decided to make our purchase. Within days our system was installed and one year later we are still enjoying it.
From installation, the annual service and filter change, the technician...we cannot complain. We feel we received excellent value for our money and we were not oversold on the product. I would recommend this company to anyone!

Watermart installed my RO system with the added PH balancer. They were very informative when I went to their location to inquire about the system and the turnaround time for the installation was less than a week. I am extremely pleased with the job and love the system.

We bought a house that had a reverse osmosus water filtration unit installed by Watermart. The unit was no longer working because the previous owners hadn't mantained it. Scott came out to our house and fixed it. He was very pleasant and we are happy with the new unit he insalled. Thanks Watermart!

I chose Watermart because a family member had it installed in their home and they were very satisfied with it. I tasted the water and liked it, I also had it installed at my previous home and loved the system so it was a no brainer to have it installed again.

Just keep doing what your doing, your team all seem to be very polite and friendly. They take the time and effort to treat people with respect and answer questions with patience aswell if they don't know the answer they take the time to find out and get back to you. I would recomend your buisness to anyone who is looking for a water system and already have.

My brother recommended Water Mart and Dave as the 'water expert'. I met Scott at the store 2 weeks before (Dave was off on vacation) and he took the time to explain all the options and systems and answer my questions and was very patient (while taking other phone calls when he had to) and did not seem to rush me or try finish up. Then he came to install and was super nice. He's a great guy. No recommendations for improvement.
