Brian is simply Awesome! From renovations to repairs he is the only person I would consider calling for cost effective, professional and high quality work in my own home, or rental units. He’s responsible, reliable and always willing to sacrifice weekends or evenings on short notice to solve emergency situations ( e.g., plumbing).

Not reliable. He would sometimes show up when he said he would, and others times not. We had numerous leaks from the work that he did, that we had to hire someone else later to properly redo the work he had done.
