First of all, Gary responded promptly to my queries (majority did not even bother to respond). He was professional, punctual and knew what he was talking about.
The workmen showed up as scheduled and cleaned up the area they worked. There was one area that needed re-doing and Gary was super about getting hold of me, arranging a convenient time and ensuring it was done to our satisfaction. Gary was excellent about following up and communicating with us.
