After reviewing HomeStars, I decided to use POMHII.
Don did not disappoint. He was very professional from the initial introduction right through to the very end. I've used 2 other Home Inspectors in the past and they were not as detailed as Don.
Don was able to determine that the house had water damage in not so obvious places. As a result, I did not purchase the property.
