Well Done Bb Qs

I grill all season long and my Broil King is now a couple of years old.

I’ve never had my BBQ professionally cleaned and I found out that the retailer where I bought my model was no longer providing this service. They referred me to another cleaning company. I checked out the business on HomeStars, but was concerned with some of the reviews.

. . . and that’s how I ended up calling Jack.

Although I would have liked to be home when the service was performed, Jack informed me that the weekend schedule was very busy and I might have a long wait. He asked me if the BBQ could be accessed from the backyard and if there was water/electrical access. Problem solved!

The cleaning was performed within a couple of days.

I would like to thank Jack for giving me back a “Well Done BBQ!”

With the exception of a sparkly, almost new looking BBQ, there was no other evidence that someone have been in my backyard! They also went far and beyond the call of duty by sourcing out a small part and installing it for me at no extra charge.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Well Done BBQ and plan to use them again in the future.

My sincere compliments to Jack and his team. We’ve now had our barbecue cleaned by this company for two years. Both experiences were excellent. They were punctual, efficient, careful and took pride in their work. The price they quoted was the price we paid. We decided to try them at our cottage. We made an appointment and shortly before that we realized that we were having our decks sustained. I spoke to Jack and told him about this development. He said not to worry. They came and prepared the worksite in an exceptionally efficient manner. They did the job they typically do which was excellent and they took great care not to affect our newly stained deck. They lay down and secured one of the largest tarps that I’ve ever seen. Their work again was excellent and I highly recommend them for both the service they provide and method by which they provide that service. We’ve now used them both in the city and up North and we plan to continue to do.

Called and left a message that was promptly returned by Jack. We were able to quickly arrange a time for his guys to come out and clean our bbq. We were going to be away at the cottage so he just emailed me the invoice and I was able to pay him right away. The BBQ looked great and the place was left immaculate. Great service, would highly recommend them!

I had a very last minute request at the beginning of June, Well Done BBQs was able to fit us into their schedule & beat all other prices. Our office BBQ never looked better!

These guys are great. Responsive, thorough, professional. We hired them on a promo a few years ago but had them back this year because they did such a great job the first time. It's like we have a new BBQ. Very highly recommended. Don't recall exactly what I paid but totally worth it.

Jack and his crew run a very professional business. We have used them to clean our bbqs for 2 seasons now and they have done a very thorough job. The service was outstanding. They were punctual and did a through job of properly cleaning an old barbecue of years of built up residue.
.They were honest and said that we could economically buy a few standard replacement parts at a hardware store and they would be happy to install them next year...no rush for now.
