Its not in my nature to partake in online forums but I really want to pay a tribute to Well Done BBQs. I have a two year old Weber Summit series propane BBQ. This thing is my baby. A few years of black crust caked onto the inside walls of my Q had led me to think about the negative effects this is having on my food quality. I knew it was time for a clean. The well done BBQ team showed up on time and ready to work. They were careful and meticulous in their approach. The two gentlemen performing the job seemed to be engaged, I liked to see that. They really cared and took their time scrubbing all the dirt from every corner of the BBQ. The end result was a BBQ that had seemed to revert back to its initial out of the box state. It was glissening silver like the day I bought it. This cleaning was well worth the price and Im going to call Well done BBQs next year as well. They are professional, thorough and have a wealth of knowledge on everything BBQ.
