We had a leak in drain that was in a tight space behind a ceiling joist.
Ryan came out and was professional, friendly, great sense of humour and had it fixed within an hour. Plumber MD was very reasonably priced, came out quickly and was vet professional. Would definitely use them again!

Morley and his team did a fantastic job. He was very helpful in planning my project. Morley and his team were punctual, polite and worked very well around my work schedule. Plumber MD was not the cheapest quote, but the quality of work, and materials more than made up for the few extra dollars.

Amazing service incredible handling of my situation.

My pilot light went out for my water heater, these guys where the only ones that could make a same day service request. After looking at it turned out the water heater had died, they gave me 2 options replace the broken part($500-$550 for the part) or get a new one.

The heater was 8 years old so they recommended new one, in doing this they said they would waive the diagnosis cost and give me a flat cost to install the new one.

I paid 900 after GST for a new water heater and 3 hours of service, they were incredibly professional and could not highly recommend them more after what happened to me.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Prices very reasonable for the quality of work they are producing. We need more work done later incl HVAC and gas and we will very likely use them for this.

Although obviously busy, the technician was prompt and respectful of my time. Installed quality hardware with impressive expertise and dizzying speed. No fuss, no mess, no BS. I think this is the way it should be done, but too seldom is. (Please forgive the tardiness of my review)

I would give Plumber MD more than 10 stars if I could. We were in the middle of a home sale when we learned that the presence of galvanized pipe in our home was a major barrier to the buyers' ability to secure home insurance (buyer and seller BEWARE - apparently insurance companies are very skittish in post-flood Calgary). We contacted Plumber MD. Morley was very prompt with providing an inspection, quote, and carrying on the galvanized pipe replacement at what we felt was a fair price. He recognized the importance of timeliness to our house sale and rearranged his schedule to accomodate us. We are very grateful!

Morley and his associate Ryan recently supplied and installed a water softener in my home. These professionals are courteous, friendly and efficient. Morley was prompt with his estimate, they arrived on schedule, completed the work and tidied up afterword. Also, about a month ago Morley and Ryan replaced the galvanized pipes in my older home and I am very happy with the way they completed that project as well. Plumber MD provides excellent service at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend them.

I would recommend Plumber MD to anyone looking to do a bathroom reno or rough in. Morley provided a quick quote and stayed on budget. The job was complex but really well done. We will use Morley for future projects.

I am very pleased with the excellent service provided by Morley and Ryan. They replaced the galvanized pipes in my 75 year old home at a very reasonable price. I really appreciated their professional and positive approach to the job. There was no complaining or grumbling about working in difficult conditions, they were here on time, finished up on time and cleaned up after themselves. Also, Morley took the time to re-plumb my soft water system so that it now works properly at no extra charge. Great service and value for your money. I highly recommend Plumber MD.

My husband and I are extremely pleased with the service we received from Morley and his associate, Ryan. Morley was polite and professional. He responded immediately to my phone calls and we quickly established a date and time for on site work. He is prompt and efficient and also could see what needed to be done and gave a very accurate estimate for both time and price of work needed.

Our house is very old (over 100 years old) and so has a crawl space and questionable plumbing put in over the years. This did not faze Morley nor Ryan (who was the one who had to crawl around in the dirt!!). Ryan did the work and when he saw other things that needed tightening or extra support he did it (that was not in the original work order and there was no extra charge). He gave suggestions that were very helpful for future maintenance.

When I needed to have Ryan come back as a followup to the original work, to fix a small leak, Morley responded immediately and Ryan was at our house quickly and he analyzed what the problem was and replaced some hoses that were original and problematic. This was done quickly and free of charge!!

I highly recommend Plumber MD and am so glad I have found such a reliable service.
