Amazing service incredible handling of my situation. My pilot light went out for my water heater, these guys where the only ones that could make a same day service request. After looking at it turned out the water heater had died, they gave me 2 options replace the broken part($500-$550 for the part) or get a new one. The heater was 8 years old so they recommended new one, in doing this they said they would waive the diagnosis cost and give me a flat cost to install the new one. I paid 900 after GST for a new water heater and 3 hours of service, they were incredibly professional and could not highly recommend them more after what happened to me.
