I had a very short notice for a building water shut down, they were able to move clients between each other to make it work for me. Gave me fairly good estimate (over phone, on the spot) came on time and worked around the problem of my building not shutting the water down. Still connected my fridge to the water line as needed. Due to my problems they left to respond to an emergency call which simply worked for me as I was in no rush. They were nice, figured out a side fridge problem that would not dispense the water after it was connected. Overall great service and I'll call them again when I need anything done.
