John at Informed Decisions was professional, courteous, personable and fantastic! When I emailed about having a mold inspection done, Yvonne, called me that night and she provided me with some very valuable information and we set up an appointment at the house. Upon meeting John, he briefed me on the entire mold inspection process and welcomed me to accompany him around the house.
