Although I finally got my pool liner installed, the process with this company was very disappointing and frustrating. I realize that the covid 19 crisis delayed everything but that does not excuse the lack of organization and communication.
I always had to phone or email to get any information about my liner. I ordered my liner in the fall. According to Matt he told me he would be in touch early in the spring to get me to choose a liner design. Liner patterns were not sent out until the end of May and then he had to come and measure so my liner order was not sent in until the beginning of June. All of these details should have been completed much earlier.
I emailed again to get an approximate time my liner might arrive. Matt never answered my email.
Then on June 30th workers just showed up in my backyard with no warning. I complained again that I should have received notification that they were coming especially since I had been planning some events in my yard and I have a dog. Matt never phoned or emailed to apologize for this lack of communication.
I am happy with my liner and the installation job. Good service involves good communication with the customer. Poolmates needs to improve their customer service. I do not recommend this company.
