I hate to sound like a broken record, but the reviews are the real deal. After another company wanted almost $250 to install my washer/dryer, I found Baydoun Appliances on HomeStars and was impressed with the reviews (the other company had none). I called Mark and he quoted me $140 for the install for two men (important because they needed to be stacked, and they were in a very enclosed space). We set up a time, and he and his employee arrived a few minutes early. There were parking issues at my condo, but he was gracious and patient with these. The install went much more quickly than I anticipated, and there have been no issues since. The 1 year warranty on the installation also offers me peace of mind. I would highly recommend Mark for any type of appliance installation - thanks, Mark!

In one word, 'superb'. I can't imagine a better person to deal with than Mark Baydoun. I tend to put off home repairs for far too long because I dread the process of finding someone whom I can trust to do a good job and who is reliable and efficient. My experience in dealing with Mark this past week involved 2 house calls and it was exceptionally good in every way. When I first phoned Baydoun Appliances on the strength of their impressive rating on the HomeStars website, the owner, Mark, answered the phone and within a couple of minutes arranged an appointment. He arrived exactly when he said he would, repaired our fridge and stove efficiently, obviously knowing exactly what he was doing, unlike the person I dealt with when I last needed an appliance repair. For the quality of work that Mark performed, I wouldn't have minded paying a premium but his charges were fair and reasonable – great value for money – and it is obvious that Mark wants to give top notch service and establish long term satisfied customers. So if you have read this far in my review, don't waste time looking for anyone else. Just call Mark; you won't regret it!

Mark, the owner, has served us well over the years for all our appliance repair needs. His approach to customer service is outstanding and you can see his eyes light up when presented with a challenge as my clothes dryer, mis-wired by Maytag, seems to represent.

I'd give Baydoun Appliances mixed reviews. The first time we had them fix our dishwasher, they were great. Responsive, very knowledgeable and reasonable in cost. The second time I tried to contact them about another issue, two phone calls were not returned. They finally responded to my third attempt in 4 days to have them contact me. After that, I decided I'd try to find someone who was more responsive.

Mark diagnosed and fixed our problem quickly. He arrived on time and was very pleasant and helpful. He will definitely be our "go to guy" for any appliance repairs. Thank you Mark!

Very satisfied with the service. The installation was completed in a very professional, clean, and safe manner. Mark took the time to explain his work and requested feedback. Mark pointed out a safety concern regarding another condition and was kind enough to help repair.

Arrived with in 15 minutes of early end of time quote. Diagnosed problem quickly as corroded wiring harness. Suggested a couple of preventative measures to take for future. Also properly secured improperly self mounted dishwasher. Dog even liked Mark. Will definitely use again.

Came to look at my dishwasher after I replaced a bunch of parts and it still didn't work. Mark told me he was here against his better judgement, due to DYI work. He was able to diagnose and solve the problem, a bad pump assembly on a new pump. The guy knows his stuff, highly recommended.
