Novak Aluminum

After the first great blow in April of this year our siding of 35 years required repair / replacement (approx. 150 sq ft blew off / away). We went with complete replacement. Novak provided samples, ideas and advice as to what was possible as to what theoretical. Job was finished fast and neat ( 2 days ), with many neighbours complementing our choice, and his quality work ( details and the finicky stuff you always fussy over ). Price was in the midrange of prices from our numerous quotes. No complaints. Staff respectful, polite, and efficient. I would bring in Novak again for my eaves if they had not been previously done. Real personable guy.

Quotation: Novak showed up when he said he would, thoroughly looked over the home, assessed any challenges and did more than just price a quote he consulted sending us renderings in different colours and styles. His detailed quote was thorough, descriptive and accurate come pay day.

Job experience: The guys worked in the dreadful summer heat but were professional, clean, and careful. The installations appear to be strong and well done and the aesthetic change that a good aluminum install can do is dramatic. We even had Novak come back to cap our garage after it was redone post the big aluminum install.

Honestly this is hard work and it was done with care by Novak. Of the 6 quotes we received his was one of the most competitively priced and I believe the quality would match any installer out there.

I found Novak Aluminum in my Stouffville phone book. Novak Aluminum were very professional in regards to answering emails, phone calls and all questions and concerns. They were very helpful in the selection of materials and colour choice to blend with the rest of the house. Novak designed the look, and the materials that were used were of very high quality. I have spent years painting the upper front of my porch, now it is maintenance free, including a leaf guard in the eavestroughs. The design was created with the eavestrough to give it a crown molding effect. The Company showed up on time, they were very neat and tidy and the workmanship was excellent. My neighbours have commented on the appearance of the outside of my house and really like the design. I would highly recommend this company based on my personal experience. 10 out of 10 for sure.

A fallen tree caused damage to our eavestroughs. Novak and his team did a wonderful job replacing and reengineering all eavestroughs to ensure water stays away from our basement. Novak's a true professional and gentleman, doing what he says he will do when he say he will do it. His timely responses to questions and concerns was appreciated. This was a small job for Novak, which he fit in around other work he was doing in our area - but he nevertheless came out to our home within a very reasonable amount of time from when I first spoke with him. He worked on the job personally along with his crew to quickly replace the fascia that had come off in a windstorm. It looks great now and the pricing was very fair. He went above and beyond by cleaning out and straightening our eavestroughs as well, even thought this isn't strictly speaking what he normally does in his business. He answered all of my questions and I would definitely recommend him; very friendly, does good work and honest.
