RRR Plumbing & Gas Fitting

Based off a recommendation from a friend, we initially hired Barry to diagnose and fix a failed gas valve in our old furnace. Barry gave us a reasonable estimate on the replacement of the gas valve, and the pilot and thermocouple assembly, but based on the age of the furnace (nearly 30 years old) he recommended we look at a replacement. Talking to a customer service rep for a Lennox branded company, we would have been looking at $5000-6000 bill, and Barry was able to order us a base model high efficiency furnace in the same week and install the new furnace for $3500. The furnace was missing a sealing component on the drain valve, but Barry stayed to make sure everything was in running order, and when the leak showed, he stayed for an extra 40 minutes to replace the outflow assembly with an alternate drain hose assembly. There was no changes in cost from his initial estimate, and we are pleased with the service. Barry is easy to talk to and always arrived in a timely fashion. He struck me as experienced and straightforward. Also worth noting, he refused a deposit payment up front and only took payment at the end of the job.

Condo board hired and sent him out to fix sewage backup in my basement. Happened over ten times, each time he had a new diagnosis, eaxh was wrong and the problem persisted until i hired a different plumber myself who ran a camera down the line and found the real problem immediately. Barrie damaged my wall carrying his equipment in, then shrugged and kept walking out because i wasnt paying him directly. Dripped sewage out of his hose through my house each time he came. He was called at 1 and accepted the job, called at 2:30 to say soon, then texted at 4:45 to say its going to be saturday now. Highly recommend you try someone else.

I plugged my kitchen sink and needed a plumber in a hurry. I was given the name of this company by a friend. I called them and a plumber was sent out that day. The plumber was friendly and efficient and soon had my sink unplugged. I would have liked to receive a better explanation of the charges before he went ahead and did the work. I would recommend this company.

Did not give us an estimate. Did not keep track of their time. Were rude and insulting to our staff. When they left, the boiler was still not fixed. Be aware that they will rip you off and disappear. They do not come when they say the will and are generally unpleasant to deal with. Paid them simply so that we would not have to deal with them again.

They replaced both hose bibs for us and were professional and good to deal with. Fast and we have had no problems since. Very happy with the service and will use them again.

We have used Barrie at RRR for quite a few projects over the years from clogged toilets to waterline work, from a furnace install to soldering a leaky pipe and we have been happy with Barrie's work.

My kitchen sink was clogged because I had put more stuff down the drain than the garburator could handle. RRR Plumbing came out the same day and quickly unplugged the sink. They were very professional and I was very happy with the service.
