This company moved a piano for me on the 23rd and will be storing it for 2 years. They billed me full storage fees on the 23rd and then billed me again on the 1st. I paid full fees for 7 days? Why wouldnt my billing run from the 23rd to the 23rd or why wouldnt they charge me for just 7 days until the new billing cycle. Ridiculous. Thats a dirty game!! Will not recommend this company.

My apologizes that you feel that way and sorry that you do not feel you can recommend us due to this misunderstand of how our storage charges work. We clearly tell all our warehouse customers up front when we give them the pricing that our storage charges are for the month or any part thereof so there is no surprises like this for anyone. This is an industry wide warehousing practice and is not considered a dirty game as stated. Just because you believe the warehouse industry should operate differently and/or that some companies out there may do things differently does not make this wrong. I pulled the email you received and you can clearly read on it: "Storage would be $ + hst per month or any part thereof" which you can double check yourself. We try our best to avoid misunderstandings like this with our customers as we know that everyone hates surprises and again are sorry you felt surprised by this. Based on your feedback, this would be a good question to add our frequently asked questions page to avoid surprises and I will look into adding it there for other customers in the future.
