Furnace / Air Cleaner Installation
Our furnace was 25 years old and although it was a "high efficiency" model it was one of the earliest available. We decided it would be good to replace it now since the Gov't incentives were available and it would likely need to be replaced
anyway in the near future.
After reviewing the various furnace brands we settled on two different companies Carrier and Lennox. I interviewed five different contractors discussing features, performance, installation and cost.
Most contractors insisted that although the products were very important the most important aspect of project was installation
and after sales support.
After speaking with Ray at Four Seasons, I concluded that his company could provide the most reasonable price and the best installation and followup service. His explained that his staff
was both experienced and knowledgeable regarding the Carrier products. I also found the Four Seasons office staff were very responsive during the research phase of the project.
The installation by Fred at Four Season's was very well planned and completed in a professional manner.
Initially our Carrier Air Purifier was not working properly however Four Seasons quickly replaced the unit with no questions asked. Today both the Carrier Inifinity Furnace and Air Purification system are working flawlessly. I would not hesitate to recommend Ray and Four Season's Air Control to everyone.
